When you use Sokd, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and phone number (for WhatsApp messaging). We also collect data from third-party services you connect, such as Google (Gmail and Calendar) and Slack, solely to perform tasks on your behalf.
We use your information to operate and improve Sokd, including: processing your requests (sending emails, scheduling meetings), maintaining your account, communicating with you about your subscription, and improving our AI assistant's capabilities.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Neon (PostgreSQL) for database storage with SSL encryption in transit. OAuth tokens for connected services are stored encrypted and are never shared with third parties.
Sokd connects to third-party services (Google, Slack, WhatsApp, etc.) only with your explicit permission. We access only the data necessary to complete your requests. You can disconnect any integration at any time from your Settings page.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Conversation history is stored to improve your experience. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your data or request account deletion by emailing us at privacy@sokd.ai.
