Sokd is an AI-powered personal assistant that helps you manage emails, calendar events, and messages through integrations with third-party services. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with different tiers offering varying levels of access.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it updated.
You agree not to use Sokd for any unlawful purpose, to send spam or unsolicited messages, to impersonate others, or to interfere with the Service's operation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Sokd integrates with third-party services (Google, Slack, WhatsApp, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. Sokd is not responsible for the availability or actions of third-party services.
Sokd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to emails sent, meetings scheduled, or messages delivered on your behalf.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
